How to order, How to cancel your order

Usualy an order is placed on www.Melaminegoed.nl An order by telephone or email is also accepted. During the proces of online ordering you a pasword is made by our system and send to you after placing your order. With this password youre able to track your order online. Client data will never be added to mailing lists. Client data will not be shared with third parties. No exeptions will be made. The handling of your order will start immediately after reception. Shipment will commence after payment is confirmed. You did not receive an email after placing your order? in most cases the given email address is wrong. Please inform us with your email address, name and date of your order. A new email will ben send to you.

 

Payment

  

For our Dutch customers IDEAL is the prefered method of payment. IDEAL is easy, quick and safe. No extra charges added. Of course you can also transfer the payment to our accounts by any other method. Melaminegoed will inform you about the status of your payment.

For Business to Business orders please contact us by phone or email. It is possible to pay by invoice. First orders payed in advance, minimum 150 euro..

 

Can i change or cancel my order?

After placing your order a confirmation is sent by email. In this email you will find a hyperlink for changing or cancelling your order. There are no extra charges. Please let us know your changes as soon as possible. After shipment cancelling is still an option. (back to top)

 

Shipment

Shipment cost will be € 7,95 at most. A reduction is gradualy administered when more articles are added to your cart. Belgium: same rates. Exceptions: a shipment exceeding 30 kg or 1.70m.

These rates are the same for a shipment to Belgium, France, Germany en Luxembourg.

Shipping to Benelux en Duitsland

Melaminegoed will choose a tranporter for your order. You will receive a notification of shipment. Usualy a package will travel for 24 to 48 ours. 3 attempts to deliver your order will be made and a notification will be left in case of abcence. The number of the package will be noted on this notification. With this number you can yourself make a new appointment for delivery on: www.nieuwelevering.nl. It is also possible to alter the shipping address of leave a telephone number. When 3 attempts to deliver fail your order will be returned to Melaminegoed.

 

Can I track my order?

We will inform you with any change in the status of your order by email. In this email you will find a link to respond. Logging in will show you all the details of your order and the status. It is possible to track the ware abouts of your parcel at any given time.

 

Pick up Order

You can pick up your order (mo-fry) between 12.00 en 17.30h and saturday 10.00 - 12.00h. You will find us at Dillenburgstraat 28, 5652 AP Eindhoven. These terrains are owned by Aart Transport. You will also find a Dhl service point and Selectvracht. Please note that a email is send to you when your order is ready for pickup. We strongly recommend payment bij PIN as no loose change is available.

 

Returning your order

You want to send something back to Melaminegoed? Just notify us by email. Instructions will be given along with the correct address. Please consider the terms and conditions. The cooling down period of 7 days gives you the right to send back your order within this period without telling us the reasonNote! you did not open the parcel!. In any other case you will send an email first. Please use the link in the email you received after ordering. Please provide us with your ordernumber. It is possible we will have to charge you with some costs.

 

DOA's

Please inform Melaminegoed with any deviation of your order within 24 hours after delivery. The transporter will provide us with the time of delivery. Notifications received after 24 hours can be ingnored without stating reasons.

 

Ruilen

It is possible to change your, also when you did receive your package. Please notify us by email whitin 7 days. Note that in most cases shipping cost will be made at your expense.

 

Guarantee

When a article dos not function according to specifications inform us by email. Please do inform us with your ordernumber, specify the article and malfunction.

 

Returning an article to Melaminegoed.

You will be responsible for shipment and shipping costs. But a broken article will be send to you in case of justified complaint. Receiving your package is possible at this address:

Explanation Procedures

All articles can be send back to Melaminegoed. If you did not open your parcel this is possible without stating reasons within 7 days after receiving your package. In any other case you will inform Melaminegoed first and instructions will be given. Melaminegoed can ignore packages when terms and conditions have not been taken into consideration without stating reasons. Returning this packages is possible when payment for shipment has been received. Our customer is responsible for shipping and shipping cost for all packages to Melaminegoed. Our customer remains the owner of the pakkage and will carry the risk of occurrance of any further defects caused by transportation. A recorded delivery is not necessary but also accepted.

 

Cooling down

If you did not open your parcel this is possible without stating reasons within 7 days after receiving your package. Returning articles is also possible when you did open your parcel. The Cooling down period will no longer apply but in most cases returning of changing the order does not cause any problem at all. Please do take good care of the package. It is possible you will be charged with any defects caused by transportation.

 

Changing articles.

When a change in articles is desired you will take care of returning the goods to Melaminegoed. Changing articles is possible within 14 days after delivery. A request for cancelling of the order will be ignored when the package was delivered 8 days earlier.

 

Guarantee

For most of our articles the quarantee is limmited to 1 year. Electronic devices 6 months.
